A WHOPPING £10,000 was raised for three cancer charities at the Summer Sparkle Ball at Manchester’s VIP hotspot, Room.
Among the celebs present were Emmerdale actress Sophie Powles, who crossed the Pennines to join forces with one of Weatherfield’s finest, Shobna Gulati, to show their support for three women’s cancer charities: Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, Breast Cancer Care and Ovarian Cancer Action.
